Hera Hub has been a home base since the very beginning of this journey, so getting to speak at one of their events felt like a full-circle moment.
This one was personal. I talked about where I came from and how Muay Thai, of all things, propelled me forward. The confidence I built in the gym started showing up everywhere else. On stage. In investor meetings. In rooms where I used to shrink.
The product side of the conversation covered how Hydrostasis came together. A frustration in the gym into a real technology built for people whose hydration needs have always been overlooked.
